Hot City “Hot City Bass”
This is 90's rave music to the max - I love it. Hot City is from the UK, and they're on myspace - other than that I don't see much from them online. I dropped this last week at Rich's (Houston) on the main floor and it was an awesome few minutes.

Green Velvet “Flash” Timo Maas Dirty Dub
Most of you booty shakers will remember this classic cut originally released in 1995 on Yeti Records. The first round of remixes were released the same year on the famous Relief Records (Casual Records). I like to dig deep for the 90's house and techno hits, and this Timo Maas Dirty Dub is bangin! I played this one in Brasil last week and it went over very nicely. My favorite part is the laughing. "He he he, ha ha." LOL.

Salt City Orchestra “The Book” – Hardback Dub
Here's a track from the vault, Paper Recordings' 1st release in 1994. My first warehouse party was in November 1994 and it changed my life. This song was huge back then! The producers: Elliot Eastwick, Miles Hollway and Simon Bradshaw.

LLorca – Miamik “Back to Fundamentals”
Anytime I see Llorca's name on a track, I take a listen. And 90% of the time I buy it...this time was no different. My buddy Ryan Wardlaw turned me on to this Miamik track (not sure if Miamik is a monikor for Llorca, or if Llorca did this with Miamik?). I don't know Ryan very well, but he's proven himself to be a very knowledgeable head. Kinda rare around these parts....
Anyone NOT feeling this? I say, DAG GUM!

Sagat “Fuck Dat” Raw Mix
Ahhhh, a classic. Thanks to LBO for the cut! I'm almost embarrassed that I don't remember this track or video, as it was in the Top 40 of 1993. Even my sister doesn't remember it. You can totally hear the 12 bit sampler in effect. It sounds just like my Ensoniq EPS. Yeaaaaa.
Don't let the PG video version fool ya, it's not funk that, it's FUCK DAT! So happy to have another tune in my comedy folder....

Kerri Chandler “Harder Gets Higher” – 6:23 Heavy Mix
You're gonna get new music here, and you're gonna get some classics. Although this song isn't that old (1997), it's definitely a true gem of the 90's and is in my classics folder. I can only think of dirty sexual things when I look at the track title "Harder Gets Higher". You probably see the same thing I do. When I get to meet Kerri in person (looking forward to this day), I'll be a bad-ass to remember to ask him about it. I'm also going to ask what's up with the 6:23 references?
